[Freecol-developers] New web content

Hey all:

I have updated the site's Team and Credits page to make it current.

It is still missing a bunch of contributors that have pitched in at various
times in the last few years (at least 2 for sure). I have had added
Wintertime and myself as current developers (although I really wouldn't
conciser myself a developer, even at the junior developer I qualified
myself, but rather something more a code reorganizer and occasional
refactorer).

Michael, if the site doesn't auto update, can you push an update. I don't
see a change I made several days ago either.

We should add Lone_Wolf to the "Other Contributors". His WWC1D work
sorting out production (see BR#2979,2981) has been particularly helpful.
